Look for fresh-picked apples and pears at Julian orchards and fruit stands from September through October.  (For U-PICK opportunities, check individual orchards.)

Apple Starr Orchards - CLOSED FOR 2008
The Santa Ana Winds were unkind to the orchard.  However, there is still enough remaining to be open this Saturday, October 18 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We have a Certified Organic Orchard (California Certified Organic Farm) since 2000.  Apples and Pears numbering 1000 trees.  We have u-pick in September until the end of harvest (October.)  We pack and box fruit for retail outlets.
